About Emmons Roof Service

Emmons Roof Service was founded in March of 1991. Its purpose is to perform commercial and industrial roofing for California businesses. The company is an approved applicator for all of the major roof systems, and is able to install all of the new and varied roof systems such as built-up (BUR), modified asphalt membranes, torch applied membrane, roof coating systems, and single ply rubber systems.

Emmons Roof Service has pioneered the field of roof restoration, enabling us to apply new roof coating systems over the existing roof membrane. This saves the customer the cost of roof membrane removal along with the inconvenience caused by roof demolition.

The Founder and President, Robert J. Emmons, has been in the roofing business since 1975, when he started as an apprentice roofer, and over time worked as a foreman, superintendent, and estimator for one of the largest roofing firms in Southern California. Our General Manager, Jeff Dillingham, started roofing for his father's roofing company in 1973, and has followed the same progression from apprentice to estimator. Their combined 50 years knowledge and experience in the roofing business has served their clients well.

The company has expanded its operations to include tile restoration, a much needed service for shopping centers and office buildings.

All of the company's foremen and office management have been with Emmons since the company was founded, as have many of the journeyman roofers. This employee retention has contributed to Emmons' growth and success, and to our good relations with customers. We routinely train our employees on new products and systems, along with extensive safety training.

Our main goal is our customer's complete satisfaction. Our high percentage of repeat customers attests to our efforts to realize that goal.
