(In most cases, re-roofing requires us to remove the existing roof membrane. We will supply a sub contractor to do the roof removal, but this is the only phase of our contract that we don't do ourselves. There is not enough demand for us to stock and maintain the special equipment and personnel required for roof removal.)

Emmons Roof Service, however, performs all needed plumbing, electrical, and sheet metal flashing work, and we will install new roof drains where necessary. We maintain a full time supervisor/foreman with a minimum of five (5) years field experience while all work is being performed.

• Roofing System Guarantee
